Some more iPhone 4G leaks !

Okay this is getting annoying now and it surely has ruined all the excitement. Some more images leaked via PowebookMedic showing a white back panel and it's innards.





It is for sure that it's a prototype since the model # of the device is XXXXX. Apart from the back panel, the glass digitizer and midboard are also shown in the images. PowerbookMedic also claim that the midboard is different than any other they've seen before. Still, the specs aren't confirmed yet but one thing is for sure - a white model iPhone 4G will be available.

Yet another iPhone 4G leak - this time it's Portugal

Yeap, we have another iPhone 4G leak. But not from the usual place (Vietnam), but this time it's Portugal. iPhone Portugal someone got hold of two unibody aluminum cases of the iPhone 4G. They claim that these were bought by of their readers and were sent to them and aren't stolen.

With just a week left in the WWDC 2010 conference, we'll know for sure if these leaked iPhone 4G's ARE the actual one or not. (I hope not)

Yet another iPhone 4G leak from Vietnam, this time it's White in colour !

Many pictures of the iPhone 4G have surfaced. I thought that was it, but Apple needs to get the leak fixed in Vietnam soon !

Apple seriously needs to get a low down on these guys ! They might end up leaking EVERY secret of Apple ! We still don't know if these leaked iPhone 4G's are really the ones that will be shown at the WWDC 2010 conference ... or maybe it IS actually Apple who's leaking all these pictures ? No one knows ...



The device (white one) looks exactly the same as the previously leaked black iPhone 4G's; front camera etc.

Google's 'Froyo' OS to be 2-5 times faster than Android

Heck it's even faster than the Apple iPad !

Yesterday, Google unveiled its new version of the Android operating system, 2.2,  nicknamed “Froyo.” The most impressive moment was when it tookover the Android 2.1 and absolutely crushed iPad's performance.



In this video, 2.2 is the phone on the left, 2.1 is the phone on the right. And on the other side of the stage on the other screen is the iPad. All the devices have a 1 Ghz chip, and all are running the same (web-based) app (in which a creature races around a screen).



Though this app is just to show speed, but it really is impressive.

iPod Touch 4G (prototype) pictures leaked from guess where ?

.. VIETNAM !!

Something is really gone wrong there. First the iPhone 4G, some more iPhone 4G then the new MacBook and now the new iPod Touch !

It comes ( .. well not exactly comes with one yet) with a 2MP camera, possibly with video recording and a microphone. This model is expected to launch this September ... or will it ? :p

The OS seems to be usual 'debug OS' found in most Apple prototypes.  Though its looks dodgy to me, or maybe it's just another Chinese knock off. Who knows ...

iPhone 4G specs reveiled

Digtimes has reported that Apple will ship around 24 million iPhone 4G units in 2010. Digtimes analyst Ming-Chi Kuo also gives us an overview of the specifications of the iPhone 4G.

Here's what he had to say about the OLED screen rumors:

The new device will adopt IPS (in-plane switching) panels with FFS (fringe-field switching) technology and a 960×640 resolution, Kuo said, noting that LG Display and Prime View International are the panel suppliers.

The iPhones 4G will be powered by the ARM Cortex A8 processor, the same one which is used in the iPad and iPhone 3GS - which is clocked at 600 MHz coupled with 512mb of memory, double that of the iPad and iPhone 3GS

More leaked pictures of the iPhone 4G from Vietnam !!

Another iPhone 4G leak from Vietnam; as the previous ones weren't enough for the people ! (and maybe Steve Jobs himself ! :p)



As seen on previous prototypes, this one runs a prototype-OS ... which basically does nothing other than show a 'fire' with 'inferno' written in the background - how lame !

Apple usually is strict about its prototype products, which was shown when the first iPhones 4G has leaked - the police actually RAIDED the house of Jason Chen, Gizmodo's editior.

Google stops selling its Nexus One online.

Google had launched aside an online store with their launch of the Nexus One. You could basically pick your phone, your carrier and your plan. But it seems like carriers don't like to loose control, infact, Verizon stopped selling the Nexus One at all and opted for its own Android phone



The phone store idea didn't go as expected. Here's what the software giant had to say in it's blog post :

While the global adoption of the Android platform has exceeded our expectations, the web store has not. It’s remained a niche channel for early adopters, but it’s clear that many customers like a hands-on experience before buying a phone, and they also want a wide range of service plans to chose from.

Although the Nexus One will still be available through carries, the phone store will now just showcase the phones.

The President of the World’s superpower doesn’t know how to operate an iPad !

Well, not only the iPad, but the iPod, Xboxes and PlayStations too.

He further said in his speech to the Hampton University graduates that these forms of entertainment are becoming a burden to the young citizens minds.

This is what he exactly said :

With iPods and iPads, and Xboxes and PlayStations — none of which I know how to work — information becomes a distraction, a diversion, a form of entertainment, rather than a tool of empowerment, rather than the means of emancipation. So all of this is not only putting pressure on you; it’s putting new pressure on our country and on our democracy.

Seriously, is he still living in the stone age ?!

ANOTHER iPhone 4G/HD found in the wild !

It all started when an Apple's Software engineer LOST (... yes, lost) his prototype iPhone in a bar in California. I'm sure most of you know all about what had exactly happened and how Apple got their prototype back. (If you don't, log onto gizmodo.com)

Another one has been found in Vietnam, known to be running iPhone OS 4


We do get a little more information out of this leak. This prototype has 16GB of storage space, as compared to the very first leak of the iPhone 4G which stated 'XX GB'.  A tear down of it reveals it has an Apple branded processor.

Could this really be the final iPhone design ?

P.S: I wonder what Steve Jobs has to say about these leaks at the WWDC conference :p
